Standard First Aid Course (SFA)

This course equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to administer first aid in everyday situations. Learn to confidently manage medical emergencies and assist adult casualties suffering from heart attacks or cardiac arrest through CPR and AED use. Ideal for individuals in workplaces, schools, and sports environments, this SRFAC-accredited course prepares you to act quickly and effectively during emergencies at home, work, or in public.

Standard First Aid Refresher Course

Stay certified and up to date with the Standard First Aid Refresher Course. This 1.5-day training is designed for individuals with expiring or expired certifications. It revisits key life-saving skills including CPR, AED use, and general emergency response techniques. The course ensures continued compliance with SRFAC standards and keeps your skills fresh and relevant for real-life situations. Participants must hold a valid or recently expired (3 months grace period) SFA certificate to qualify.

Occupational First Aid Course (OFA)

This MOM-approved course provides essential first aid and CPR training tailored for workplace settings. Participants will learn to manage medical emergencies commonly found on job sites, including trauma, fractures, burns, and more. Designated for appointed first aiders under WSHA / participants who are assigned a WSH-related role in an organisation. Participants will also be trained in AED use and emergency evacuation protocols.

Occupational First Aid Refresher Course

Renew your OFA certification and stay compliant with workplace safety regulations. This refresher course reviews key emergency response protocols, CPR+AED techniques, and updates on first aid best practices for the workplace. It is designed for currently certified workplace first aiders whose qualifications are about to expire.

Child First Aid Course

This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to respond to medical emergencies involving children and infants. Learn how to manage common incidents such as choking, severe bleeding, breathing difficulties, and injuries in young casualties. Specially tailored for caregivers, parents, teachers, and preschool staff, this SRFAC-accredited training includes both theory and practical components, including infant and child CPR and AED use.

Child First Aid Refresher Course

Refresh your life-saving skills and renew your certification with our Child First Aid Refresher Course. Participants will revisit essential techniques for managing emergencies in children and infants. This course is ideal for childcare staff and educators looking to maintain their SRFAC certification. Learners must hold a valid or recently expired (3 months grace period) certificate to enrol.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED Instructor Training Course (ITC)

Become a certified BCLS + AED instructor and gain the skills needed to teach life-saving techniques to others. This course focuses on instructional methods, practice teaching, and learner engagement strategies, enabling you to deliver effective and confident CPR + AED training. Participants must already hold a valid BCLS certification prior to joining.

HeartSaver CPR+AED Course

The HeartSaver CPR+AED Course provides essential knowledge and hands-on training in adult CPR and AED use. Frequently Asked Questions

Are your courses accredited and recognised?

Yes. Selected courses are accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC), including Standard First Aid, Child First Aid, BCLS + AED, BCLS + AED Instructor Training, and HeartSaver CPR + AED. Our Occupational First Aid Course is recognised by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). You’ll receive an official certificate upon successful completion of the training course.

Yes, most of our programmes are eligible for SkillsFuture Credit and the SSG Training Grant. You can use your SkillsFuture balance to offset course fees. Our team will assist you with the necessary claim submission and guide you through the process if needed.

Simply select your course and complete the online registration form. Once we receive your registration, our team will confirm your seat and send you further instructions. For companies booking group training, they can either perform the online registration process or contact our admin support to complete the registration process.

We understand that unexpected changes happen. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 5 working days before your course date. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to availability and our training centre policies, which will be shared upon registration.

Standard First Aid is designed for the general public and equips participants with essential first aid skills for common emergencies such as CPR, bleeding, and fractures. In contrast, Occupational First Aid is tailored for workplace settings, focusing on industrial-related injuries and emergency response in compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements. While both courses cover life-saving techniques, Occupational First Aid includes additional workplace-specific modules and is mandatory for designated workplace first aiders.

Both the Child First Aid and Child First Aid Refresher courses are conducted in a blended learning format. The theory component for both the courses is completed online via Zoom in one day for the Child First Aid course and half a day for the Refresher course. This is followed by 1.5 days of in-person training for both the courses

All certifications are valid for two years. After that, you will need to attend a refresher course to renew your certification. We will send you reminders closer to your certificate expiry to ensure that your certificate does not lapse.

Please bring along a notepad and stationary for note taking and wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical exercises. Ladies are advised to wear long pants. Do ensure you have your Singpass ready for e-attendance, as scanning the QR code is mandatory according to SSG requirements.

Our trainers are highly qualified professionals with years of real-world experience in emergency medical services, firefighting, nursing, and workplace safety. They are certified by recognised authorities and bring both expertise and practical knowledge into every session.

BCLS stands for Basic Cardiac Life Support – it covers both adult and infant CPR, as well as choking and the use of BVM (Bag Valve Mask) to assist ventilation. CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a part of BCLS, where it focuses on adult and hands-only CPR.

An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a portable device used to help restart the heart during sudden cardiac arrest. It analyses heart rhythms and, if needed, delivers a controlled electric shock to restore a normal heartbeat. All our courses include hands-on AED training. You’ll learn how to operate it safely, when to use it, and what precautions to take — so you can respond confidently in real emergencies.
